Malibu Farms

Malibu Farms

Malibu Farms has been on my cafe check list since moving to Los Angeles this year. I’m actually surprised I haven’t been any sooner. Although my idea was to have a nice brunch, I didn’t get to Malibu until around 3pm.

Having chilly/cloudy weather in LA I was a bit unsure how great of an idea it would be having lunch outside but the weather in Malibu this day couldn’t have been more perfect. I sat on the bar/restaurant side on the outer terrace. Down the boardwalk is the actual cafe (more on the water feel).

Their menu is on the larger size and filled with unique organic meals. They have lots of vegetarian options as well which is always a huge plus. I ordered a papaya smoothie which was so delicious and tropical. The perfect beverage to indulge in with the Pacific views.

Their food menu is on the expensive side. I ordered their Spaghetti Squash Lasagna which ran about $20. It was flavorful and scrumptious to say the least, not like your average spaghetti squash they  filled this dish with organic ricotta cheeses and mixed greens. With the amazing ocean view, cute terrace and organic local menu Malibu Farms is a fantastic lunch spot checked of my LA check list. √

I’m always in LA a few times throughout the year around the area but haven’t had the chance to stop by Malibu Farms. Dying to go after seeing your photos! Thanks for sharing xx
